Villa Victoris is located right on the beach in the beautiful tourist town of Podstrana, less than 10 kilometers from Split, a UNESCO protected site. All rooms face south and have sea-view balconies. A spacious terrace is located above the beach, allowing guests to stay and enjoy throughout the day. Next to the terrace, there is a large kitchen and an outdoor grill available. For those arriving by car, the property offers free parking. Podstrana is a Dalmatian town located by the sea, bordering Split. It stretches for 6 kilometers, offering well-maintained pebble beaches along its entire length. Thanks to the warm climate, the swimming season lasts from the end of May to the beginning of October. The warm climate provides more than 2,700 sunshine hours annually, with over 100 days a year having average temperatures above 25C, and sea temperatures during summer months exceed 22C. Podstrana is only 10 kilometers from Split, one of the most beautiful cities in the Mediterranean, whose historical heritage is under UNESCO protection. Nearby are the ancient Salona, the cities of Trogir and Omiš, and the Cetina River. Numerous restaurants offer authentic dishes, seafood specialties, and meat prepared in the local way.
